Organic foods is vital if you going for raw foods. As we all know raw foods contain lot of toxic and it will be very hard to 100% wash them away. So go for organic foods is a must.

If you are beginer and have no idea about eating raw foods then fruit and vegetable juices is a quick and easy way for you to go raw. You can try as simple as orange juice, then slowly into other variety.

Eat a variety of fresh fruits and veggies.
Variety is a must in your raw food dieting and it helps keep things balance. And you need various vitamins and minerals to feed your body and keep thing moving.
If you are still unsure whether or not you are ready for it then I would suggest try a fifty-fifty setup where you can have your meal comprised of fifty percent cooked food and fifty percent raw food. Once you start gaining more and more experience on such diet then you can increase its portion.
